Support for adolescents and young adults who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where they fit

Virtual therapy for teens & young adults throughout Washington State.

As a parent, you want nothing more than to see your child happy, confident, and resilient. But right now, you might be noticing things that worry you:

  • My child isn't themselves anymore.

  • Why is everything suddenly a battle?

  • They're anxious all the time.

  • They're shutting down and won't talk to me.

  • They’re constantly worrying about grades or disappointing others

  • They’re having emotional meltdowns after holding it together all day

  • They work so hard and they’re losing motivation

  • They’re having difficulty navigating friendships

  • They’re showing high sensitivity, irritability, withdrawing or feeling different

  • They look capable on the outside, but they’re overwhelmed inside

Does it feel like your teen is running on empty?

If this sounds like your child, therapy can provide practical strategies and compassionate support to help them feel more confident, resilient, and balanced.

Evidence-based, compassionate therapy designed for the modern teenager & young adult

Adolescence and young adulthood can be both exciting and challenging. Today's teens are carrying unprecedented pressure. Between algorithmic social media, intense academic expectations, and a rapidly changing world, it is incredibly easy for them to lose sight of who they actually are. You don't need a diagnosis or a label to get help here. Whether your teen is neurodivergent, managing anxiety, or just going through a really rough patch, I provide a supportive space where they can finally catch their breath.

I help young people better understand themselves, build on their strengths, and develop tools to navigate school, friendships, emotions, and everyday life with greater confidence. My goal is to help each individual not only feel better in the present, but also build the self-understanding, resilience, and tools they will carry with them long after therapy ends.

When Success Feels Overwhelming

Many of the adolescents and young adults I work with are bright, thoughtful, and capable. While they may appear successful from the outside, they often carry intense pressure beneath the surface. Academic stress, perfectionism, anxiety, social challenges, or burnout can leave them feeling overwhelmed and emotionally exhausted.

With more than 13 years as a school psychologist, I understand the unique demands students face and help them develop practical tools to reduce stress, build confidence, and thrive both in and outside the classroom.

Where Mental Health and School Success Come Together

About Me:

As a certified School Psychologist, with over 13+ years of experience in Washington public schools, I have spent my career at the intersection of mental health and academic life. I’m also a licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA), and I understand that an adolescent’s emotional well-being is the foundation for everything else. However, I also know that when a teen is equipped with the right toolkit of coping skills and emotional resilience, they don't just survive in school and life—they thrive in them.
